What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you sign up. During sessions, we process your voice input to enable the interview practice feature. Session transcripts and debrief data are stored to provide your session history.

Video recordings

Rehearsal Studio records video of your practice sessions so you can review how you came across on camera. These recordings are private and visible only to you (and, where you belong to a coaching program, its administrators). They are stored securely and used solely to power your own coaching and session review — never for advertising, training public AI models, or sharing with third parties.

Still frames from your recording are analyzed by Anthropic Claude to give you feedback on presence, eye contact, framing, and energy. This analysis focuses only on your on-camera delivery.

Recordings are automatically and permanently deleted 15 days after the session, unless you choose to save a recording to keep it longer. You can delete any recording yourself at any time, or turn your camera off during a session.

How we use your data

Your session data is used solely to provide and improve the Rehearsal Studio service. We do not sell your data. Session audio is processed by OpenAI Whisper for transcription and is not retained by OpenAI beyond the API call. AI responses and on-camera presence analysis are generated by Anthropic Claude. Voice synthesis is provided by ElevenLabs.

Data retention

Session history is retained for as long as your account is active. Video recordings are deleted automatically after 15 days unless saved. You can delete your account and all associated data — including saved recordings — by contacting support@theunfairai.com.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
